Any product may be returned within 30 days of its purchase provided the product is returned pre-paid and undamaged, with the factory seal unbroken. The Protocel bottle must be returned in the brown cardboard box with the styrofoam insert. A refund of the product price will be made, less a 10% restocking fee. Refunds cannot be made for shipping costs. If you ordered by Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express the return will be made on the card you used. No refund will be made until the product is received at our location.
